The ERS recognises commitment and support from UK employers for defence personnel. PCC Marc Jones is proud to recognise the enormous importance of armed forces personnel and their families in Lincolnshire by signing up to the Armed Forces Covenant.

The covenant is an assurance that those who are, or have been, members of the Armed Forces and their families, should be treated with fairness and respect.

It focusses on helping members of the Armed Forces community have the same access to government and commercial services and products as any other citizen.

PCC Marc Jones, alongside Chief Constable Bill Skelly,  signed the Covenant earlier this year.
