Have you graduated in the last two years? Would you like to pick up a broad range of business skills and experience? Do you want to explore possible future careers, or to find out more about different roles?  If the answer to the above is ‘yes’, we have four roles that offer exciting opportunities  working in either Lincolnshire Police or the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) . Two Graduate Support Officers will be selected to work in each organisation.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are able to evaluate data and conduct research; putting the results into high quality written and oral presentations. The role also includes the evaluation of change projects, development of policy, supporting projects and managing events including conferences and seminars. You will work with senior officers and staff from both Lincolnshire Police and the OPCC.

The position provides the opportunity to work at a strategic level within high-profile public-sector organisations, developing your skills and experience, while making a valuable contribution to the delivery of services.

We are recruiting to four positions; two within the force’s Strategic Development Department, and two within OPCC. If you are successful at interview, you will be offered a place in either organisation for the duration of the contract.

An expected start date of September/October 2024.
