Youth engagement in Louth

In partnership with Louth Neighbourhood Policing Team, our Safer Together Coordinator, Roisin, engaged with around 20 local young people.

Pizzas were provided by the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, which were enjoyed by the young people whilst giving their views on the local area.

They were asked what they would like to see in their local area and what can be done to improve it.

One young persons feedback was: “we have never been asked what we wanted before!”

This engagement is now ongoing and a few youngsters have agreed to be involved directly in ongoing projects for the area.
