Council tax precept

The Police Reform & Social Responsibility Act 2011 (s.5(6)(c)) requires the Police and Crime Commissioner to notify the Police & Crime Panel of the precept which he is proposing to issue (Schedule 5 s.2). 

2017/18

The Police and Crime Commissioner's proposed policing precept for 2017/18 which was presented to the Police and Crime Panel on 6 February 2017. 

The Police and Crime Panel's response to the proposed policing precept was articulated in a letter dated 7 February 2017.

 

2016/17

The Police and Crime Commissioner's proposed policing precept for 2016/17 including a copy of a letter sent to the Home Secretary dated 21 January 2016 were presented to the Police and Crime Panel on 5 February 2016. 

The Police and Crime Panel's response to the proposed policing precept was articulated in a letter dated 5 February 2016.

2015/16

The Police and Crime Commissioner's proposed policing precept for 2015/16 including a copy of a letter sent to the Home Secretary dated 23 January 2015 were presented to the Police and Crime Panel on 6 February 2015. 

The Police and Crime Panel's response to the proposed policing precept was articulated in a letter dated 6 February 2015.  

2014/15

The Police and Crime Commissioner's proposed policing precept for 2014/15 including a copy of a letter sent to the Home Secretary dated 23 January 2014 were presented to the Police and Crime Panel on 6 February 2014. 

The Police and Crime Panel's response to the proposed policing precept was articulated in a letter dated 7 February 2014.

2013/14

The Commissioner’s proposed policing precept for 2013/14 was presented to the Police and Crime Panel on 7 February 2013.  

The Police and Crime Panel's response to the proposed policing precept was articulated in a letter dated 7 February 2013.
