An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to lead on the strategic management and co-ordination of victims services in Lincolnshire.

The Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) commissions a range of victim support services using funding from the Ministry of Justice, including a contact and case management service, outreach service, restorative justice service, and other services that receive grants for the provision of victims’ services.

This role will have oversight for the delivery of these services on behalf of the PCC, and will be responsible for ensuring that these services work together seamlessly as ‘Victim Lincs’, to help victims to cope and recover.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate excellent communication and inter-personal skills and have experience in service improvement, team and contract management. An understanding of the role of the PCC is essential, as is the ability to work effectively in partnership with a range of service providers and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
